Core Beliefs

1. God is a loving Creator who desires active involvement in the life of every person. He invites everyone into relationship. No one is too hopeless for the Lord Jesus Christ.
2. The Bible is the inspired truthful authority of God and is relevant for all life situations.
3. God created human beings in His image with a mind, emotions and will. Every person fails and sins in each of these areas. Through Jesus Christ a renewed person can reverse the effects of sin.
4. Humans are born with an inherent sin nature and need spiritual healing through salvation which is free to all people through Jesus Christ. The only true healing begins through coming to Jesus in repentance and faith, and trusting Him for salvation.
5. At salvation, a person is transformed into a new creation with a new spiritual nature, equipped with power, love and a sound mind.
6. As a person practices the lifestyle of Jesus Christ, maturity occurs.
7. Fellowship and accountability through a community of believers is necessary for continued growth and healing. A local church encourages, strengthens and builds up one another. Deeper healing takes place when one participates in God’s family.
